As we come into the Easter weekend, it’s worth reflecting that despite the sadness, despair and personal tragedy of the past few weeks we have seen a lot of good coming out of many businesses.
For every story I read about furloughing or closure, I also hear about those who are forging paths to a new normal. We have seen many change gear overnight, their attitudes to their people improve, brand messaging is clearer and ways of working and operations going much faster and opening up new opportunities for employment
Not all businesses are shutting down; they are changing their offer and the way they work. Not only surviving but getting ahead.
Good on you Brand Britain.
